passt: Relicense to GPL 2.0, or any later version

In practical terms, passt doesn't benefit from the additional
protection offered by the AGPL over the GPL, because it's not
suitable to be executed over a computer network.

Further, restricting the distribution under the version 3 of the GPL
wouldn't provide any practical advantage either, as long as the passt
codebase is concerned, and might cause unnecessary compatibility
dilemmas.

Change licensing terms to the GNU General Public License Version 2,
or any later version, with written permission from all current and
past contributors, namely: myself, David Gibson, Laine Stump, Andrea
Bolognani, Paul Holzinger, Richard W.M. Jones, Chris Kuhn, Florian
Weimer, Giuseppe Scrivano, Stefan Hajnoczi, and Vasiliy Ulyanov.

doc/demo: Fix and suppress ShellCheck warnings

ShellCheck reports (SC2034) that __qemu_arch is not used. Use it,
and silence the resulting SC2086 warning as we want word splitting on
options we pass with it.

While at it, silence SC2317 warnings for commands in cleanup() that
appear to be unreachable: cleanup() is only called as trap.

doc/demo: Clone and use mbuto in init namespace

...and not in pasta's namespace: the fakeroot(1) version shipping
with (at least) Fedora 36 assumes "nested" operation as it sees that
the UID is 0, and claims it's not supported.

doc/demo: Drop /sbin from dhclient command, pass script file explicitly

dhclient might be in /usr/sbin on recent versions of Fedora, and
mbuto just adds it to the same location as it was on the host:
just call dhclient instead of /sbin/dhclient.

This also applies for dhclient-script: given that we create the file
on boot, pass its explicit location with -sf.

doc: Rewrite demo script

The original demo script was written when pasta wasn't a thing yet,
so it needed to run as root, set up a veth pair, and configure
addresses and routes by itself.

Now pasta can do all that for us, and become part of the demo as
well.

Further, extend it to start qemu, optionally preparing a basic demo
image with mbuto (https://mbuto.sh), and execute one logical step at
a time, for clarity.

Don't abbreviate ip(8) arguments in examples and tests

ip(8)'s ability to take abbreviated arguments (e.g. "li sh" instead of
"link show") is very handy when using it interactively, but it doesn't make
for very readable scripts and examples when shown that way.
